Spring Bling Giveaway Rules

The Spring Bling Giveaway is open only to Minnesota residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, owners, officers, representatives, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Spectra Exteriors are not eligible to enter or win.

Spectra Exteriors may require proof of eligibility before awarding a prize.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase, estimate request, inspection request, or project agreement will not increase the chance of winning.

Eligible entrants may submit one entry per person through the Spectra Exteriors Spring Bling giveaway form at the event. Entries must include the required contact, eligibility, and form-selection information requested on the entry form.

Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified at Spectra Exteriors discretion.

Entries are accepted on Saturday, May 23, 2026 until 6:00 PM Central Time. Entries submitted after the giveaway closes may be disqualified.

The giveaway includes the prizes listed below. Prize substitutions, cash redemption, and transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to Spectra Exteriors approval. Spectra Exteriors may substitute a prize of comparable value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

Prizes are awarded as-is. Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, costs, or expenses associated with accepting or using a prize unless Spectra Exteriors states otherwise in writing.

Winners will be selected by random drawing from eligible entries and announced by email at approximately 6:00 PM Central Time on Saturday, May 23, 2026.

Each prize may have one winner. Because the giveaway includes multiple prizes, Spectra Exteriors may select more than one winner overall.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

If a selected winner is ineligible, cannot be reached, does not respond in time, declines the prize, or fails to complete required pickup arrangements, Spectra Exteriors may select an alternate winner.

Winners must pick up prizes by 7:00 PM Central Time on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at the Spectra Exteriors booth.

A winner may have another person pick up the prize on the winner's behalf if the winner tells Spectra Exteriors who that person is before pickup.

If a winner does not pick up the prize by 7:00 PM and does not arrange an approved alternate pickup person, Spectra Exteriors may select an alternate winner or handle the unclaimed prize at its discretion.

By entering, participants agree that Spectra Exteriors may use submitted information to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, notify winners, coordinate prize pickup, maintain internal records, and contact participants about their giveaway entry.

If a participant selects "Yes" to optional marketing communications on the entry form, the participant agrees to receive marketing communications from Spectra Exteriors by email, phone, and/or text at the contact information provided. Calls or texts may be sent using automated technology or prerecorded/artificial voice. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win, or to purchase goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Participants may reply STOP to opt out of texts or use the unsubscribe link to opt out of emails.

If a participant requests or selects referral program, inspection, estimate, or service-related follow-up on the entry form, Spectra Exteriors may use the submitted contact information to respond to those selections.

Information submitted through the giveaway form is handled according to the Spectra Exteriors Privacy Policy.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Spectra Exteriors decisions regarding the giveaway, which are final where permitted by law.

Spectra Exteriors is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, unavailable, delayed, or undeliverable entries, notices, emails, text messages, phone calls, or prize communications, or for technical, network, hardware, software, or human errors that may affect the giveaway.

Spectra Exteriors may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, event interruption, legal requirements, or other causes beyond Spectra Exteriors reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the giveaway.

By accepting a prize, each winner releases Spectra Exteriors, its owners, employees, representatives, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, injuries, damages, or liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where prohibited by law.

The giveaway is governed by Minnesota law. Any dispute relating to the giveaway will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Hennepin County, Minnesota, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
